To confirm your booking a deposit of 25% of the total apartment rental cost is required.
Your booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.
The deposit will be deducted from your bill upon arrival when total balance is required.
Deposit can be paid by:
- transfer to bank account,
- Paypal or credit card,
- Postepay recharge.
Please specify the payment method chosen when completing the booking form or the e-mail request.

Important:
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please make sure to use the same name in the reservation and the deposit transfer.
In case of NO-SHOW the deposit amount will not be refunded.
Cancellations with more than 5 days notice before arrival will be refunded in full.
For cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival, excluding last minute or special offers, we allow you to recover the deposit within the calendar year for another stay in our holiday home (same period of time originally booked and same or lower season).
No price reduction is given for late arrivals and/or early departures.
Check-in / Check out
The keys of the apartments are handed over to guests from 16.00h upon arrival.
The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure and the keys returned to the management.
Night / Week-end / Weekly payment
Payment is due full upon arrival.
Refundable Security Deposit
Refundable Security Deposit € 100,00.
A refundable security deposit of € 100,00 is required to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its content. The deposit will be returned to you after the holiday if the property is left in good order and upon return of keys.
